Application BIC Solderable modified Solderable polyurethane Coated Wires are suitable for 'F' class applications have widely used in coils and motor windings where severe overloads are not experienced and where solderability is important, small motors, Ignition coils low voltage transformers, solenoids, and TV deflection coils.
Limitation Solderable modified Polyurethane coated wires are not recommended where severe overloads are experienced. Solderable modified polyurethane is polyurethane base insulation enamel, which allows conductor soldering without prior removal of the film from the wire.
 
BIC Solderable Polyurethane Coated Wires have good elongation and low spring back making them suitable for high speed winding machines apart from manual and semi automatic machines.

BIC Solderable Modified Polyurethane Coated Wires having very good chemicals resistance and compatible with all general purpose impregnating varnishes and other, which do not contain the reactive solvent.
