Solderable modified polyurethane Overcoated With polyamide
coated wires are suitable for 'F' class applications have
widely used in coils and motors windings where severe
overloads are not experienced and where solder ability
is important, small motors, Ignition coils, Timer and
clock coils, low voltage Transformers, solenoids Encapsulated
coils, and TV deflection coils. |

Solderable Modified Polyurethane overcoated with polyamide
coated wires have good elongation, low spring back, in
addition, polyamide provides improvement in the wind ability
making them suitable for high speed winding machines.
BIC Solderable Modified Polyurethane Coated with polyamide
coated wires having very good chemicals resistance and
compatible with all general purpose impregnating varnishes
and other which do not contain the reactive solvent. With
polyamide protection over the polyurethane insulation,
preheat prior to varnishing is not necessary. |
